Our team

Robert and Kathleen Prevost, attorneys

Robert Prevost, J.D. -- originally from Mississippi, Robert earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. He interned with the Texas Supreme Court and practiced with a large corporate law firm. In 1994, Robert moved to North Carolina. Robert also teaches philosophy and ethics at Wingate University, where he is the advisor to the pre-law students.

Kathleen Prevost, J.D. -- Kathleen moved to North Carolina from New York in 1995. She earned her law degree from the Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, in 1999. She and Robert created the Prevost Law Firm, P.L.L.C. to serve clients in the Monroe and greater Charlotte areas.
